Students are offered the American curriculum based on the New York Standards. In each grade the student is to cover four core subjects and a number of electives the core subjects are: English, math, social studies and Science. Each core subject is covered in 130 credit hours and 180 working days. Examples of electives: Economics, Business, Accounting, Psychology, Sociology, Second language (French or German), Computer, Art and Design, Ballet, Music and Health.

Since keeping the Egyptian national identity is part of the educational process in the American System, Students in CMS are offered Arabic language and Religion Curricula for grades K to 12.

The School offers Islamic Studies program to grades 1 to 12. In addition, Students take daily Quran sessions for studying and recitation starting from CDC to grade 12.

CMS Offers SAT preparation courses starting from grade 7 to 12 . Qualified personnel are in charge   of training the students to meet their graduation requirements . An effective SAT online program is available sufficient to the students’ needs .The school has also implemented a Collegeboard Writing Criterion  that has an awesome impact on the progress of the students’ writing skills .
